Built by Harland & Wolff, Belfast in 1958. Length 150 metres. Single screw diesel. Speed 15.5 knots. GT 8,847. Had a crew of 74 and a heavy lift derrick. In 1967 when transiting the Suez Canal was trapped in the Great Bitter Lakes when the six day war broke out. It remained trapped for 8 years and was abandoned to the underwriters.
