Traded successfully on the NZ coast. In 1876 she steamed from Picton Wharf to Barrett Reef, Wellington in 3 hours 20 minutes. Her career was brief as she struck a submerged object while berthing at New Plymouth in 1888 and eventually sank. Remains removed when Newton King Wharf built 1925-30.
